How do I place my order?

You can simply place your order in our webshop. Browse through our webshop and add your favorite products to your cart. Then complete your order by proceeding to the checkout. Shipping and payment information is required at this point. If you experience any sort of problems during the placement of your order, please send a email to our customer service.

How much is shipping? When will my order arrive?

The varying rates depending on the country your order is shipped to. The delivery timeframe also depends on the shipping destination. Check in the table below in which region you are located. If your country is not listed in the table below, unfortunately, it's not possible to place an order at the moment.

The delivery time is an estimate; in some cases, a package may be delivered faster. Since we work with many different carriers, it is unfortunately difficult to provide an exact arrival time

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order right after we received your payment. When the postal company picks up your order from our distribution centre, you will receive an additional email including your Track & Trace code.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?

In some countries, the customer may be required by its country's customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes, you can. Costs of return are for your own expense. We only reimburse delivery costs if the entire order is returned.

  • We will process your order manually and you will receive an invoice.
  • After your payment is received, your order will be prepared and sent to your shipping destination.
